Bounty Tournaments

Bounty Tournaments are the most rewarding tournaments at Sports Book Poker. When you beat your opponent out of the tournament you’ll get the cash bounty on that player’s head. So not only do you rake a massive pot but you pocket paid cash to ‘felt’ your opponent.
 
In a Bounty tournament, a percentage of the prize pool will be taken out and used as a bounty on the heads of every player. The overall prize payout structure remains the same. As you knock out players from a tournament you’ll get that player’s bounty.
 
No matter what your tournament placing, you can still make an earning on bounties. For example, in a $10 buy-in tournament, $5 will contribute to the prize pool, and $5 will be paid to the bounty field. Every player has a $5 price on their head, so just eliminate two players and you have already made your buy-in back, with only profit to come!

Bounty tournament is hosted with a range of prize structures. The bounty prize pool can be customized, anywhere from 10% of the buy-in to a full 100%! Just check out the tournament listings in the Sports Book Poker Lobby to see the prize pool structure for any one of its upcoming tournaments.

Shoot Out Tournaments

Nothing like a general multi-table tournament where tables are balanced by moving players around, shoot out tournaments will play all tables down to a certain number of players in every round until there is a final table remaining.

For example, a Shootout tournament with 100 entrants; where 10 tables with 10 players each will start the tournament for round one. A set number of players from each table will get into round two (the number will change based on the tournament). In this example, the top 3 players from each table will move forward, meaning a total of 30 players remain. Round two will start with 3 tables of 10, and again the top 3 players of each table will get into the next round, with nine players facing it out at the final table!

Shootouts are quite thrilling but need a special strategy than regular MTT’s.
