Pacific Poker Rules

	Regarding your use of Pacific Poker services, players may only have one account, for which they will sign-up using their own real name. They shall access Pacific Poker Software or Pacific Poker Games only via their own account and they may never access Pacific Poker Software or Pacific Poker Games by means of another players’ account. If they attempt to open more than one account, under their own name or under any other name, or if they attempt to use the Pacific Poker Services by means of any other player's account, pacific poker reserves the right to immediately close all their accounts, retain all monies in such accounts and bar them from future use of the Pacific Poker Services.

	If they do not agree to any of the provisions of Pacific Poker Rules, they should immediately stop using the Pacific Poker Software and remove the Software from their computer.

	Residents of certain countries including, but not limited to, the U.S.A, Turkey and Israel are neither entitled to open a Pacific Poker Account, make any deposits nor use the Services. Pacific Poker Management reserves the right to amend the list of countries from which it will not allow users of the Service now and then in its sole discretion.

	Players must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal consent to participate in the activities included in the Pacific Poker Services under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher ("Legally of Age") may download Pacific Poker Software or use the Services under any circumstances and any person not Legally of Age who downloads the Pacific Poker Software or uses the Services will be in breach of the Pacific Poker terms of Agreement. Pacific Poker reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage to verify that individuals not Legally of Age are not using the Services. The Pacific Poker Management may cancel a player's account and bar a player from using its Poker Software or the Services if proof of age is not provided or if the Company suspects that a player using the Software or the Services is not Legally of Age.

	All information provided by the players to the Pacific Poker either during the Sign-up process or at any time later, including as part of any payment deposit transaction, are real, current, correct and complete and match the name(s) on the credit/debit card(s) or other payment accounts to be used to deposit or receive funds in your account. Without derogating from the abovementioned, should you use a credit/debit card or any other form of payment which is not in your private and personal name, Pacific Poker will consider that you have got complete and sufficient consent from the legal owner and/or the individual whom name is used on such payment instrument to make use of such payment instrument for the purposes herein, before your engagement with Pacific Poker. Pacific Poker shall not be obligated in any way to check such consent and takes no responsibility regarding your representations hereunder. Players will immediately notify Pacific Poker Management of any changes to information previously provided by them to the Company. Occasionally, players may be requested to provide with certain documents to verify the information of the credit card used by them to deposit money to their account. Conditional on the result of these verification checks, players may or may not be allowed to deposit further monies with the credit card earlier used by them. Should any of the details that they provide to Pacific Poker be untrue, inaccurate, misleading or otherwise incomplete, they will be in breach of contract and Pacific Poker reserve the right to terminate their account at once and/or ban them from using the Pacific Poker Software or the Services, besides any other action that Pacific Poker may choose to take.

	Players’ account with Pacific Poker is solely for their benefit. You shall not let any third party (including a relative) to use their account, password or identity to access or use the Pacific Poker Services or its Poker Software and they shall be fully responsible for any activities undertaken on their account by a third party. Players will not disclose their account username or password to any person and they shall take all steps to make sure that such information is not revealed to any person. You shall notify Pacific Poker immediately if they suspect that their account is being misused by a third party and/or any third party has access to their account username or password so that Pacific Poker may investigate such matter, and players will cooperate with them, as they may ask for, during such investigation.

	Players must verify and determine that their use of Pacific Poker Services doesn’t violate any Pacific Poker Rules or Regulations of any jurisdiction that applies to them.

	Players are solely responsible for recording, paying and accounting to any relevant governmental, taxation or other authority for any tax or other levy that may be payable on any winnings paid to them.

	Players are solely responsible for any telecommunications networks and Internet access services and other consents and permissions compulsory regarding their use of Pacific Poker Software and the Services.

Prohibited Uses of the Sites and Services

	Illegal Funds and Unlawful Activities: Players declare that the source of funds used by them for gambling on the Sites is not unlawful and that they will not use the Services in any way as a money transfer system. Players will not use the Services for any illegal or fraudulent activity or forbidden transaction (including money laundering) under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to the (specifically, the laws of Gibraltar). If the Pacific Poker management suspects that they may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful or unlawful activity, including, without limitation, money laundering activities, or conduct otherwise in violation of Pacific Poker Rules, your access to the Services may be terminated immediately and/or your account blocked. If their account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances, the Company is under no obligation to refund to them any funds that may be in their account. Besides terminating their access to Pacific Poker Services and/or blocking their account, Pacific Poker reserves the right to prevent them from accessing any of the Pacific Poker's other websites or servers, or accessing any other services provided by the Company. The Pacific Poker Manegement shall be entitled to notify relevant authorities, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions (together "Interested Third Parties") of their identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity and you will cooperate fully with Pacific Poker Management to investigate any such activity.

	Artificial Intelligence - Robots: Players are not allowed to use any software program which, in their opinion, is endowed with artificial intelligence ("AI Software") regarding with their use of the Services. Pacific Poker Management will regularly review the use of its Services so as to detect the use of AI Software and in the condition that they suppose it has been used, Pacific Poker reserves the right to take any suitable action, including directly blocking access to the Services to the offending player, terminating such player's account and seizing all monies held in such account.

	Intentional Disconnection: Players are not permitted to intentionally disconnect from a game when they are playing Pacific Poker Games. Pacific Poker has developed and used complex methods which allow them to find and correctly identify players who perform an intentional disconnection in the course of a game. If, in the Pacific Poker's sole discretion, they are in breach of this clause, Pacific Poker may terminate their access to its Services immediately and/or have their account blocked. If their account is terminated or blocked in such conditions, the Pacific Poker is not obligated to refund to them any funds that may be in their account. Besides terminating their access to Pacific Poker Services and/or blocking their account, Pacific Poker reserves the right to prevent them from accessing any of the Pacific Poker's other websites or servers, or accessing any other services offered by Pacific Poker.

Payment Transactions and Payment Fraud

	All users of Pacific Poker Service are fully responsible for paying all monies owed to the company. Players must agree that they will not make or endeavor to make any charge-backs, and/or deny or reverse any payment made by them and they will refund Pacific Poker management for any charge-backs, denial or reversal of payment made by them or any loss suffered by Pacific Poker as a result thereof. Pacific Poker may, at its sole discretion, cease to offer the Services or withhold payment to certain users or to users paying with certain credit cards.

	Pacific Poker reserves the right to run credit checks on all users with third party credit agencies, based on the details provided to them on sign-up.

	Pacific Poker reserves the right to use third party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions to process payments made by and to players regarding their use of the Services. As much as they do not conflict with the Pacific Poker terms of Agreement, players agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of such third party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions.

	In the condition of suspected or fraudulent payment, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other unlawful activity (including any charge-back or other reversal of a payment), Pacific Poker reserves the right to block a user's account, reverse any pay-out made and recover any winnings. Pacific Poker management shall be entitled to notify any concerned authorities or entities (including credit reference agencies) of any payment fraud or otherwise illegal activity, and may employ collection services to recover payments. However, under no conditions shall the Pacific Poker Management is liable for any illegal use of credit cards, no matter whether or not the credit cards were reported stolen.

	All payments into players account must be from a single payment source, for example, a credit card, debit card or charge card, on which they are the named account holder.

Disputes

	Players accept and agree that random number generator will decide the randomly generated events required regarding the Services and where the result displayed on the Software (as installed and operated by their hardware) clashes with the result shown on Pacific Poker server, the result shown on their server shall in all conditions take preference. Players understand and agree that (without prejudice to their other rights and remedies) the Pacific Poker records shall be the final authority in deciding the terms of their use of Pacific Poker Services and players shall have no right to dispute the Company's decisions regarding such matters.

	No claims or disputes will be considered more than seven days following the date of the original transaction and all claims or disputes should be reported at the customer service department at support@pacificpoker.com or via the support email applicable to a White Label Brand.
