| It is entirely and solely your responsibility to inquire and ensure that you do not breach laws applicable to you by wagering in any game, tournament, contest or wager. | |
Everest Poker Player Account Rules:
One Account: You are permitted to have only one Player Account. If you try to open or use multiple Player Account, deposits and winnings in all Player Accounts related with you may be forfeited and all your accounts are subject to ban.
Identification: You must provide all compulsory details asked by the sign-up form, especially, your identity, your address and contact information, also a valid e-mail address, your place of residence, and relevant payment details, all of which must be real and exact. |

| You are hereby notified that Everest Poker executes verification procedures and your Player Account may be blocked or closed if you are found to provide false or wrong details. | |
Account Security: As part of the sign-up process you will select your Login Name and Password for secure access real money gaming. |

| It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to make certain that your login information are kept secure and confidential. | |
| Everest Gaming LTD takes no responsibility for any theft, abuse or misuse of your Player Account by third parties as a result of your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login information to any third party. | |
Enough Funds: You may play at real money games, tournaments, contests or wagers only if you have enough funds in your Player Account for such involvement. The Everest Poker shall not extend any credit whatsoever to Player for involvement in any game, tournament contest or wager.
No Cash or Deposits by Cheque: The Everest Poker will not accept cash or cheques by mail for deposits to fund Player Accounts.
Availability: The Everest Poker has the right to add, modify, suspend or discontinue any deposit method at any time, without giving prior notice, on either a system-wide or individual-player basis.
Deposit Limits: The Everest Poker will enforce transactional, daily and monthly limits on deposit amounts, conditional on a combination of deposit method, Player transaction history, and Player Account status.
Verification: Everest Poker has the right to inquire that Player verify ownership of any deposit methods, either before or after a deposit is accepted, and Player agrees to obey any verification request in a complete and timely manner.
Withdrawals: The Everest Poker will supply different paper, electronic or online payout method for withdrawing funds from your Player Account. Not all payout methods will be offered to all players.
No Cash Payouts. The Everest Poker shall not payout funds from any Player Account in cash.
Availability: The Everest Poker has the right to add, modify, suspend or discontinue any payout method at any time, without giving prior notice, on either a system-wide or individual-player basis.

Dormant Player Accounts: |

| Inactive Account
A Player Account will be categorized as Inactive if there has been no Login for 365 regular days. In that case, the Account will be suspended and login will be disabled. After that, Player need to contact Player Support to request reactivating the Account, and Player may need to verify his identify and account ownership so as to regain access. |

| Abandoned Account
A Player Account that has been Inactive for 30 regular months shall be declared Abandoned. In that case, during those 30 months, Everest Poker will make a good faith effort to find the Player. If the Player cannot be found and verified, Everest Poker will remit any remaining balance in the Account to the LGA in Malta. |

Player Misconduct: |

| Everest Gaming may, at its sole discretion, forbid any Player it determines is violating or abusing any Everest Poker Policies, promotions or privileges. | |
| Fake activities which breach Everest Poker Policies include, but are not limited to, use of stolen or fallacious credit cards or account numbers, chip dumping, forgery, collusion, and fake representation of age. | |
| Everest Poker software, websites and services are for use by humans only. Players who use or try to use any computer, software or technique which either involves a wrong playing advantage or automates game play in any way are subject to immediate forfeiture of their Player Account. | |
| Also, abusive or troublesome language in chat windows or any other Everest Poker medium or forum is strictly prohibited. | |
Resale Prohibited:
Players may not sell or try to sell their player account, free chips, Summit Points, tournament tokens, bonuses or any other feature of their player account to another person either through the Everest Poker Software or through any other online or offline marketplace. Any Player who tries to sell his/her player account will lose their ability to wager at Everest Poker Sites and the account in question will be immediately closed and all funds, chips, Summit Points, tournament tokens and bonuses will be forfeited.
Automated Play:
The use of any software, script or other techniques (like "robots" or "bots") which automates, tries to automate, or substitute a human action in any way is strictly forbidden. Player must openly indicate all actions within the Software or Websites through the user interface offered by the Software or Websites. In case that Everest Poker Gaming founds a Player is violating this rule, the account in question will be immediately closed and all funds, chips, Summit Points, tournament tokens and bonuses will be forfeited.
Unethical External Assistance: |

| Players are forbidden from using an external resource which is made to help the Player with an Unfair Gain over other players. | |
| These external resources comprise third-party software applications, databases and websites. Also the web-based databases, subscriptions services and the help of any other person. No matter he is also or not a Player. | |
| Everest Poker defines "Unfair Gain" to mean the obtaining and/or compilation of any details about other players excluding that which the Players have themselves observed through their own wagering activity. | |
| Also, the Player agrees to let Everest Gaming to actively follow the finding and avoiding of Unethical External Assistance including, but not limited to, the naming and reporting of software applications running parallel with the Software or Websites. | |
Modification, Suspension or Cancellation of Games or Tournaments: |

| If Player should breach any of the Everest Poker Rules or if Everest Gaming has reasonable grounds to suspect that Player has breached them, Everest Poker has the right to block, suspend, or close Player's Account, withhold payment of any winnings and apply such funds on account toward any damages or financial obligations incurred by the Player. | |
| Player allows that Everest Poker shall be the final authority of whether Player has violated House policies or this Agreement in a manner that cause Account suspension or permanent ban from wagering in all games, tournaments, contests or wagers. | |
Rules for Termination by Player:
Players may terminate Everest Poker Rules at any time by notifying Everest Gaming in writing, on the condition Player owes no money to the Everest Poker for any reason. Upon receipt of termination notice, Player's Account will be closed and the Everest Poker shall remain enforced for further 180 days.
Rules for Termination by Everest Poker:
At its sole discretion, Everest Poker may terminate its Rules and the ban players from using Everest Poker Software, website, services and servers at any time and for any reason, and especially in case of any activity that may damage the Everest Gaming or other players including, but not limited to: fraud; misuse of promotions or privileges; abuse of Everest Gaming websites, software or services; or frivolous or unsubstantiated claims. |
