Real Money, Summit Points, and Free Play
In the top right corner of the Everest Poker Lobby, there are three small buttons that allow you select whether you wish to play poker with Real money, with Summit Points, or for free.
When you play for Real Money, your chips have monetary value. To play Texas Hold’em or Omaha Poker for real money, you need to deposit funds into your account. To make a deposit or see How to Deposit for further details, click the “Cashier” button located at the bottom left of the Everest Poker Lobby.
In Free Play online poker games, players use "fun chips" that have no monetary value. If you play money comes to an end, you can reload by just clicking the “Cashier” button located at the bottom left of the Poker Lobby, and click “Get Chips” button in the red Free Play section. You need to have less than 200 free chips offered to reload. Free chips can be reloaded once every 60 minutes.
Summit Points are Everest Poker's reward money—players earn Summit Points by playing for real money. For further details, see Everest PokerPromotions . Players may compete against each other in poker games and tournaments in an endeavor to win more Summit Points. Players may also redeem their Summit Points to win a seat in Real Money tournaments.
How to Choose a Ring Game or Tournament in the Everest Poker Lobby?
At the top of the Everest Poker Lobby, there is a row of four buttons: Hold’em, Omaha, Sit & Go Tournaments, and Scheduled Tournaments. For example, if you click the Hold'em button, all Texas Hold’em Ring Games poker tables will be listed.
Important Note: Below these four buttons, there is a second row of tabs that changes as per your selection of a ring game (Texas Hold’em or Omaha) or tournament.
When you click on the “ Hold’em” button. All Texas Hold’em tables will be listed. You will observe that you can see All Texas Hold’em tables or limit them down to No Limit/Pot Limit tables or Fixed Limittables. The Poker Lobby Table List will display all poker tables that best suits your specifications, listing the Stakes, number of players seated, limit, the average pot, the hands played per hour, and the flop percentage and the number of players waiting.
Next to the tab, there is a small wrenchicon through which you can define your desired poker table options. When you click on this small wrench icon, a new window will pop up with options for selecting specific limits, number of seats you want at your poker table, and whether you would like a Speed Table or Disconnect Bet Protection .
Below the Everest Poker Lobby Table List, you will see two check boxes, Full Tables and Empty Tables. Check the box for any poker table that your want to see. If you want to filter those tables out of the list; then uncheck the box.
When you click on the “Omaha” tab, the options for Omaha Poker are same. You can see online poker games by All, Pot Limit or Fixed Limit. If you want to create a Custom List, then click the wrench icon. The table columns for Omaha are similar to those of Texas Hold’em. Also, you have the option to view Full Tables and Empty Tables.
By clicking the “Sit & Go Tournaments” tab, you can either see All tables or limit them down to those that are 1-on-1 (means a two person game or “Heads Up”) or that rewarding Token Prizes. Also, you have the option to play in a 1-Tableor Multi-Tabletournament—either way, the tournaments still begins when all seats are occupied. The first tab on the bottom left lets you see My Tournaments – the list of Sit & Go Tournaments in which you are playing now and for which you are presently registered. All rows in the Everest Poker Lobby will show you the number of tournaments playing now, the game being played, the buy-in, the number of players, and the prize pool.
When you click the “Scheduled Tournaments” tab; above the table list you can see all the tournaments, and those that are Cash, Satellites, or Private. In a Cash Tournament, you can win Cash Prizes while satellite tournaments offer you a seat at another, upcoming tournament. Private Tournaments are just simply those private. Along the bottom of the Everest Poker Table List, you will see a range of named tournaments.
Also, you have an option to create a Custom List. Just click on the Wrench Icon, to search for tournaments by game (Hold’em or Omaha), Buy-in (maximum or minimum), Limit and Payout type.
How to Navigate Everest Poker Lobby?
At the bottom of the Everest Poker Lobby, you will see additional helpful buttons. Just below the Table List, you will see some general details.
