If it comes to CAKE's notice via reliable means that a registered user is a person below 18 years of age or is otherwise not allowed to use the Services, CAKE Poker will, among other recourses accessible to it, suspend that user's account.

CAKE POKER REGISTRATION RULES:

To use CAKE POKER services, you first need to open a cake poker account by filling up a unique and valid e-mail address and concerned password. To make deposit to your cake poker account, you have to enter your first and last name, address and telephone number. You have to provide only genuine and existing details and you further agree to update these details as essential to keep it exact and up-to-date. You also agree to allow the Cake Poker software to take a digital fingerprint of your computer for security concerns. ROBOTS, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND OTHER SYSTEMS:

It is strictly prohibited to use any automated software or computer system to play at CAKE POKER, including the action of sending details from your computer to another computer where such software or system is active. Poker-Robots or any software designed to play automatically at poker sites is forbidden. Anytime, when you play at CAKE POKER, the Software may scan your computer for any activity of such software and systems. Also prohibited is the use of any software during the game that is designed to track and display the actions of the other players on CAKE POKER or any system or service to transfer funds to or from a player's CAKE POKER ACCOUNT to their account at any other site or the deliberate "dumping" of chips between any accounts on the Cake Poker Network. Practice of such techniques will cause the closing of your cake account and be subject to confiscation of your winnings and funds. CAKE POKER has the right to publicize details of any such documented abuse including your personal details.

PLAY MONEY RULES:

Play money is not real (bona fide) money and is different from real money. Play money does not constitute or represent any value whatsoever. Play money can only be used for playing at CAKE POKER play money tables and cannot be collected, withdrawn or in any other way be made into or transferred between CAKE and You or any other person or legal entity.

REAL MONEY RULES:

To play with real money, you must deposit real money into your cake poker account by the methods provided in the Cake Poker Deposit/Withdrawal options. Minimum and maximum limits are applicable to real money deposits. All real money will be paid, tracked, and maintained in U.S. Dollars, and will not bear any interest. All charges levied by payment processors are your own responsibility. Using a credit card to fund your CAKE account may be treated as a Cash Advance by the bank that issues your credit card. WITHDRAWAL RULES:

In the cashier section of the Cake poker Software, you can check your cake poker account balance which is real money amount you have on hand, plus or minus any accumulated winnings or losses from playing any of the cake poker games on the Service, less any amounts before withdrawn by you or amounts forfeited or reclaimed by CAKE POKER. All amounts withdrawn are subject to the transaction limits and processing fees of CAKE POKER. Limits and fees may change now and again at CAKE POKER's sole discretion or by you in the case of user defined limits. Withdrawals are only executed using the methods offered by CAKE POKER in the cashier section of the cake poker software and are, by default, returned in the same way from the earlier deposit. You may ask for a check of a minimum of $500 and a maximum of $9,000.00 every 7 days.

SECURITY CHECKS, REVIEWS AND RELEASES:

CAKE has the right to verify your identity and the accuracy of the details you have provided by making many security and ID checks. If you fail or reject on request to confirm and sign a security request from CAKE POKER, CAKE POKER have the right to void your account.

ABANDONMENT OF ACCOUNT BALANCE:

If you don’t access your CAKE POKER Account by "logging in" to your account using Your E-mail and password for a period of three hundred and sixty five (365) days, your cake poker account will be suspended and the total Account Balance and all promotional things counting all of your share cake referral bonuses will be deemed abandoned and forfeited; provided however, that this condition for login and entry is not and does not constitute any condition whatsoever for you to play any cake poker game, deposit funds or join any cake poker activity other than logging in.

ABUSIVE OR OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE is PROHIBITED:

Abusive or offensive language is prohibited in the CAKE POKER Service or with the CAKE POKER staff. Any breach of this policy will cause a suspension of playing rights or such other action as may be required by CAKE POKER to ensure compliance. You are forbidden to use abusive or offensive language about your user name and/or player ID which includes, but is not limited to profane, sexist or racist language. CAKE POKER has the right to make changes to any Users name or player ID that violates this policy and to take any suitable actions, up to and including closing your cake poker account. If you create an account with an abusive user name and/or player ID or change your current username/ID to an abusive one you may have your user name/ID changed and locked and the facility to change your user name and/or player ID will be cancelled. You may still be allowed to change your name/ID once per month but you will be must contact support to do so.

DISCLOSURE OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES is ILLEGAL:

If, at CAKE's sole determination, you are found to have cheated or attempted to cheat the CAKE Service or Cake Gaming N.V. in anyway including but not limited to game manipulation, chip dumping, transfers or payment fraud, or if You make untrue and/or hateful comments with regard to the CAKE POKER's operation in any media or forum, CAKE POKER has the right to publicize your actions and also to circulate these details to other online poker sites, banks, credit card companies, and suitable agencies. Further, cake poker may close any accounts, and forfeit account balances, that you have at CAKE POKER or at any other CAKE NETWORK related website and/or business.

GOVERNING LAW:

All cake poker rules shall be governed by and construed along with the laws of the Netherlands Antilles without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Netherlands Antilles for the settlement of any disputes arising out of concerning cake poker rules. CAKE POKER RULES will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. If any part of CAKE POKER RULES is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the authenticity of the other cake poker rules, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
