Rules for Opening a Bet365 Poker Account

To open a Bet365 Poker Account, all the applicants must be over 18 years of age. Bet365 Poker reserves the right to ask for age proof from any customer and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided.

All details supplied while signing-up with Bet365 Poker MUST be accurate and complete in all respects. Especially if using a credit or debit card, the Cardholder's name MUST match the name used when registering with the site. Or else, the account will be suspended. If an account is suspended, customers should contact Customer Services. All bets that are placed before an account being suspended will stand win or lose.

Bet365 Poker Acceptance Procedure Rules

Bet365 reserves the right to decline all, or part, of any bet requested.

Bet365 Poker accepts bets made online or by telephone at bet365. Bets requested in any other form (post, email, fax, etc.) will not be accepted and where received will be void - win or lose.

Players must ensure that the information of their bets is correct. When the bets have been placed and their acceptance is confirmed, they may not be cancelled or changed by the customer.

Bet365 reserves the right in its sole discretion to block access where evidence indicative of automated or robotic activity is found.

Bet365 Poker Availability of Offers Rules

All customer offers of Bet365 Poker are limited to only one per individual, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, neteller etc), and shared computer, for example. public library, workplace.

Bet365 Poker reserves the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers. Offers only belong to the customers who have made a real money deposit with bet365.

Bet365 Poker Collection of Winnings Rules

Winnings from settled wagers are added to the balance of your betting account. If possible, all withdrawals will be processed to the payment account from which the deposits were made. Withdrawals will only be made in the name of the registered account holder.

For most payment types, withdrawals can be processed by clicking ‘Withdraw Funds’ on the bet365 website, subject to there being sufficient funds in your betting account.

There is no fixed maximum withdrawal amount per day but withdrawal requests for amounts greater than £20,000 or currency equivalent may need additional arrangements.

Bet365 Poker Claims and Disputes Rules

Bet365 will look for criminal and contractual sanctions against any customer involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal acts. Bet365 will withhold payment to any customer where any of these are suspected. The customer shall indemnify and shall be liable to pay to bet365, on demand, all costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by bet365 (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit and loss of reputation) arising directly or indirectly from the customer’s fraud, dishonesty or criminal act.

Bet365 reserve the right to withhold payment and to declare bets on an event void if we have evidence that the following has occurred:

	The integrity of the event has been called into question
	The price(s) or pool has been manipulated
	Match-rigging has occurred.

Evidence of the above may be based on the size, volume or pattern of bets placed with bet365 across any or all of our betting channels. A decision given by the relevant governing body of the sport in question (if any) will be decisive. If any customer owes any money to bet365 for any reason, they have the right to take that into account before making any payments to that customer.
