How do I qualify for the bonus?

How do I earn out my bonus?

When you play in a real money tournament or at a cash game table you will earn VIP points. For every 75 VIP points you generate, you will earn $1.00 of bonus money. Once you have earned $5.00 of bonus money, it will be removed from your Pending Bonus balance and moved into your PlayersOnly.com account balance.

You only have 90 days (dated from the creation of the Pending Bonus) to earn  back that bonus. After 90 days you will lose whatever is left of your pending bonus.
